Pay & Benefits

Truck & Equipment Requirements

Owner-operators must have:

  • Heavy-duty pickup truck (2500/250 series minimum, with adequate towing capacity)
  • 40-foot gooseneck trailer
  • Ratchet straps
  • Chains and binders
  • Cargo tarps
  • Emergency warning triangles
  • Fire extinguisher
  • First aid kit
  • Proper registration and required DOT-compliant equipment

CDL and qualifying non-CDL owner-operators are welcome.

OTR Schedule

This is a full-time, nationwide over-the-road opportunity for hotshot owner-operators ready to travel throughout the continental United States. Drivers must be willing to stay on the road for 2–3 weeks at a time, covering long distances to transport freight across multiple states. This opportunity is designed for drivers who are prepared for an extended OTR schedule and consistent travel away from home. This is not a local or home-daily position. Weekends at home are not guaranteed.
